Raspberry leaf is a toning astringent herb that has been traditionally used as an antispasmodic and women’s reproductive system tonic. It is used particularly in the last trimester of pregnancy to facilitate childbirth and may also help ease labour pains.Raspberry leaf has been traditionally used in Western herbalism for the relief of diarrhoea. Blooms Raspberry Leaf 2000 may also help with the symptoms of morning sickness, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting and may also assist in the management of dysmenorrhoea.INGREDIENTSEach capsule contains:* Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) extract equivalent to dry leaf 2 g (2000 mg)No added gluten, starch, yeast, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colour, flavour or preservatives.DIRECTIONSAdults: Take 1 to 2 capsules, twice daily.CAUTIONS:If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
