The Leicha powder is made of the most vital ingredients from the earth. We select 18 treasures oats which include green tea, pumpkin seeds, brown rice, and black sesame seeds, and roast them at a low temperature with 30-year skills. We grind the grains to capture the essence. Also, we use the whole leaf tea which is hand-picked from Taiwan. Our fine Leicha powder can compete with Japanese matcha which is above 400 mesh with slow- grinding. It has the light scent of green tea and captures the essence of grains. 1.冰擂茶:先以少量高溫熱水沖調後,再加入適量冰水及冰塊調勻即可,需再加些蜂蜜或果糖更香甜。(因擂茶是減糖配方,加冰塊會稀釋甜度)
2.擂茶冰沙:先以少量高溫熱水沖調後,加入較多冰塊後,倒入冰沙機內,打成冰沙,需再加些蜂蜜或果糖,會更香甜。(因擂茶是減糖配方,加冰塊會稀釋甜度)
3.擂茶牛奶:先以少量高溫熱水沖調後,再加入適量熱牛奶、冰牛奶,或加入適量溫水與鮮奶調勻即可。
4.擂茶燕麥片:將燕麥片與擂茶粉混合後,再加入適量高溫熱水沖調即可。(客人最愛的喝法,用桂格大燕麥片最搭。若再加點鮮奶,風味更佳)
5.豆香擂茶:先以少量高溫熱水沖調後,再加入適量熱豆漿或冰豆漿調勻即可。
6.漂浮冰淇淋擂茶:先以少量高溫熱水沖調後,加入適量冰水調勻後,再挖一球冰淇淋加入。
1. Hot :
Whisk 30G powder and 200cc hot water together. 2. Iced matcha:
Whisk 30G powder and 100cc hot water together. Add iced water and iced cubes. If you like sweet taste, you can add honey and sugar.
3. Smoothie
Whisk 30G powder into 100cc hot water. Put it into the blender with some ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is smooth and even. Add some honey or sugar if you like.
4. Green Tea Latte
Whisk 100cc hot water into the 30G powder and then add milk or warm water with milk.
